Services offered at this location:

Our team helps patients learn coping skills and self-care. We work together to find the best treatment path for patients. Our outpatient care means you get care while living at home and continuing to work or go to school and spending time with family and friends.

We manage children’s wellness at all ages and their urgent needs. We also help parents and children manage conditions—like asthma, diabetes, dyslexia, obesity and behavior concerns.

We care for women of all backgrounds and ages—from teens to seniors. Our services include routine screenings, birth control, infertility services, pregnancy, cancer care, and menopause care.

Our Homeless Health Center is part of the Alameda County Health Care for the Homeless Program. If you are experiencing homelessness, we can help you find health care and other resources. We treat all consumers and patients with respect and kindness in our hospitals, clinics, and Mobile Health Clinic. If you need housing help now, you can also call 211.

We all want to be our best selves. Sometimes that comes with challenges. We support patients in making healthy choices and reaching their goals. We work together on a plan that meets our patient’s nutritional needs and guides them with compassion toward a healthier body.

Our Senior Health program provides education, support, and care in older age. We focus on the needs of our patients and their families with many types of support. Our Fall Prevention Center helps with skills and ideas to prevent falls.
